This policy explains how TalabFiber handles the details you send through the coverage-check and service-request forms.

What we collect: your name, mobile number, city, neighborhood, street or location (optional), the service you are interested in, whether a fiber box exists at your location, your notes, and your preferred contact method and time.

Why we collect it: only to verify fiber coverage at your location, follow up on your request, and contact you about it.

Sharing: we do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with the provider you choose, to complete the subscription you asked for.

WhatsApp: when you tap a WhatsApp button, the message is sent from your own WhatsApp app. You can review or edit it before sending, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that conversation. You decide whether the message includes your request details.

Retention and deletion: we keep your request only as long as needed to follow up on it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by contacting us.

Security: requests are stored in the website database and are accessible only to authorized administrators.

Cookies and storage: the website saves your light/dark display preference in your own browser. The theme itself does not add advertising trackers.
